Small details, considered
Paste one item per line, leave Alphabetical selected and choose A–Z. Sort, review the result, then copy or download. Choose Z–A for reverse alphabetical order. Items are ordered as whole lines using English text collation.
Capitalization, punctuation, spaces and duplicates stay in the result. “Ignore case” changes the comparison, not the spelling. Blank lines move to the end in both directions. Items with equal comparison keys keep their original order.
Line endings become LF. An existing final newline is kept; a newline is added when needed to preserve an empty last line. This notice appears with the result.
