Report an app problem or accessibility issue
If an app is not working as expected, you found an accessibility problem, or you have product feedback that needs a response, contact:
A useful report includes the app or page URL, browser, device or operating system, the steps you took, the result you expected, and what actually happened. When an example is useful, send a small invented or deidentified reproduction.
Do not send unnecessary private data
Please do not send passwords, private Notes or backups, confidential source text or files, private camera or microphone material, customer or vendor data, payment details, employee or payroll information, or other sensitive material unless it is genuinely necessary for the request.
Mycelgrid apps do not automatically attach your workspace or diagnostics to an email.
