Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of mycelgrid.com, its browser-based Tools and related website services. The services are operated by Mycelgrid LLC ("Mycelgrid," "we," "our," or "us").

Additional terms may apply to a specific product, download, purchase, or third-party service if Mycelgrid offers one in the future. Those additional terms will be presented with the relevant offering.

Mycelgrid provides focused software for practical tasks. See the Apps page for software currently available on this website.

Individual tools may calculate, format, analyze, transform, organize, generate, or help you prepare structured work. The functions and limits of each Tool are described on its own page.

Many Mycelgrid tools are designed to perform their primary work in your browser. When a tool states that an input is processed locally or is not uploaded to Mycelgrid for processing, that statement applies to the behavior of that specific tool.

Website infrastructure may still process ordinary technical request information needed to deliver, secure, measure, or support the site. Review the Privacy Policy and any tool-specific Privacy & Data disclosure for details.

You are responsible for your use of Mycelgrid, the information or files you choose to work with, and the decisions you make using a result or output. You agree to use Mycelgrid in compliance with laws, contracts, policies, and other obligations that apply to you.

You agree not to:

• Use Mycelgrid for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, services, accounts, or data.
• Introduce malware, malicious scripts, or content intended to disrupt users or services.
• Interfere with security features or normal operation.
• Use automated requests in a manner that creates unreasonable load or circumvents technical restrictions.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority.
• Use Mycelgrid to violate intellectual-property, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights.

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, Mycelgrid, or the service.

You remain responsible for information, text, files, values, and other material you provide to a tool and for ensuring that you have the right to use that material.

Mycelgrid does not claim ownership of your original material merely because you use it with a Mycelgrid tool. You are also responsible for reviewing generated or transformed outputs before relying on, sharing, publishing, or acting on them.

Some Mycelgrid Tools provide copy, download, or export features to help you use your results elsewhere. Check each Tool's own disclosures and instructions for how its inputs and outputs are processed, retained, and shared.

If you choose to submit a file or result to another service, your use of that provider is governed by its own terms and privacy practices. You are responsible for reviewing the material and destination before submitting it.

Mycelgrid's branding, interfaces, software, original text, graphics, documentation, and other protected materials are owned by Mycelgrid LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of those materials.

You may use public tools for their intended purposes. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, repackage, sublicense, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit protected portions of Mycelgrid except where permitted by law or by written permission or applicable product-specific license terms.

Mycelgrid tools may provide calculations, estimates, comparisons, drafts, organizational assistance, or educational information. Unless a page expressly states otherwise, Mycelgrid does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, engineering, or other licensed professional advice.

Use qualified professionals where appropriate, especially for high-impact decisions.

We work to make Mycelgrid useful and accurate, but outputs can depend on user inputs, assumptions, methodologies, browser behavior, software limitations, third-party data, and other factors. Different tools or organizations may produce different results.

You should independently review and verify important results before using them for legal, financial, regulatory, contractual, medical, safety, or other high-impact purposes.

Mycelgrid may rely on or link to third-party infrastructure and services, including hosting, security services, analytics, advertising services, or other providers. Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Mycelgrid is not responsible for their independent practices, availability, or outputs.

We may add, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue a tool or feature. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent availability of a particular tool, or compatibility with every device, browser, file type, or third-party service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mycelgrid is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim warranties that may otherwise apply, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that every tool or service will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or suitable for every use.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mycelgrid LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to Mycelgrid.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability or rights that cannot legally be limited.

Your use of Mycelgrid is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Tool-specific disclosures may explain additional behavior of an individual tool.

You may stop using Mycelgrid at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of misuse, security risk, legal requirements, or a material violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms as Mycelgrid changes. We will revise the date shown above and provide additional notice when required by applicable law. Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires another result.

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them as part of a reorganization, merger, acquisition, or transfer of relevant assets.
