General inquiries and partnerships

For sponsorships, partnerships, press, general questions, product feedback, or accessibility needs, email contact@mycelgrid.com. Include Word Counter in the subject.

No sponsorship or advertising arrangement is implied by this contact option.

Report a counting or interface issue

A useful report includes your browser/device, the action you took, a short deidentified text example, the result you expected, and what you saw. For a counting difference, name the other product and its counting rule if known. A screenshot may help with an interface issue.

Keep confidential writing, account details, and personal information out of the example. The app does not automatically attach your draft or diagnostics to an email.

Privacy requests

Send privacy questions or requests to privacy@mycelgrid.com. See the Word Counter Privacy Policy for how local draft processing and website delivery are handled.

Legal and rights matters

Send terms, rights, and other legal questions to legal@mycelgrid.com. The app's Terms page links to the platform agreement and explains measurement boundaries.
