Purchase Order Generator provides a general-purpose document and arithmetic workflow. You are responsible for reviewing the PO before issuing, sharing or relying on it.

No procurement or approval service

The app does not operate an approval workflow, verify vendor acceptance, track receiving, manage inventory or perform invoice matching.

No legal or tax determination

The app does not determine whether a purchase order is legally binding, whether tax applies, which rate to use, or whether the document satisfies a specific procurement policy or jurisdiction.

PO numbers and records

The app does not auto-number purchase orders or keep history. Maintain numbering, records and retention requirements in your own systems.

Keep your own copy

The app is session-only. Print or save a copy before closing or refreshing the page.
