Notepad Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 13, 2026. This page explains how Notepad handles your work. Read it with the Mycelgrid Privacy Policy.
Notes and Projects stay in your browser
Notepad saves your Notes, Projects, retained version history, and settings in this browser on this device. It does not upload your writing to Mycelgrid or sync it to another device. Work saved in a different browser or browser profile is separate.
Downloads, copying, and printing
Downloads are created in your browser and may contain your selected Note, selected Project, or all user Notes and retained histories in a backup ZIP. An advanced internal export can contain additional metadata. Copying and printing use browser features. Your device, clipboard tools, storage location, or another app may handle the exported material afterwards; review files before sharing.
Deletion and storage limitations
Deleting a Note removes it and its retained history from current Notepad data. Deleting a Project unassigns its Notes. Copies you have downloaded, copied, or printed are separate and remain under your control. Clearing browser site data or deleting a profile can remove local work. Storage permissions, quota, private browsing, browser behavior, or device loss can also affect access. Automatic ZIP restore and remote recovery are unavailable.
Website privacy
The Mycelgrid Privacy Policy covers website information, cookies, analytics, advertising, and your privacy choices.
