No calibrated sound-level claim

The dBFS readout is a digital signal-level reference and is not a calibrated acoustic dB SPL measurement.

No professional certification

The app does not certify recording quality, frequency response, microphone sensitivity, latency, speech intelligibility, hearing ability, or suitability for professional or regulated use.

Other applications

A successful test here does not guarantee that another application uses the same device or permission settings.
