Add one
Primary mouse clicks, pen contact, touch taps, Space, or Enter on the focused counter each add exactly one.
CLICK · TAP · COUNT
Count clicks, taps, or focused key presses with one simple running total.
Press the large counter with a mouse, pen, or touch. When it has keyboard focus, Space or Enter adds one.
Maximum JavaScript safe-integer count reached. Subtract, undo, or reset before adding another count.
Click Counter keeps one running total in this browser page. Use it when you need to count repeated events without a timer, CPS score, account, or saved cloud history. On a phone or tablet, the same large surface works as a tap counter.
Primary mouse clicks, pen contact, touch taps, Space, or Enter on the focused counter each add exactly one.
Subtract removes one without going below zero. Undo restores the count before your most recent successful change.
Reset returns the counter to zero. Because Reset is a normal count change, the next Undo can restore the previous total.
The large number is your current tally, not the number of physical input events captured by the browser. Subtract, Reset, and Undo change the tally deliberately, so the displayed total always represents the current count rather than a raw event log.
This app does not calculate clicks per second, reaction time, or speed grades. If you want a timed CPS measurement, use Click Speed Test. For Space-key speed, use Space Bar Click Test.
The main count surface accepts the primary pointer action for mouse, pen, and touch. Keyboard counting is intentionally scoped to the focused count surface: Space or Enter adds one, while held/repeated key events are ignored so one long key hold does not run the counter upward.
Your tally and undo history stay in this page's memory. Click Counter does not save them to localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB, cookies, an account, or a server. Refreshing, closing, or leaving the page can discard the current tally.
Click Counter is an online tally counter, not website click analytics, an auto clicker, a hardware health test, or an input-latency measurement. For mouse-button and wheel diagnostics, use Mouse Tester. For response latency to a visual cue, use Reaction Time Test.
Yes. Touch input on the large count surface adds one, so the same app works as a simple tap counter.
Yes. Focus the large count surface, then press Space or Enter. Repeated keydown events from holding a key are ignored.
No. The displayed number is the tally you are maintaining. The −1 control changes that tally; it is not added as another counted event.
Yes. When Reset changes a nonzero count to zero, Undo restores the immediately previous total.
No. Click Counter is page-memory only, so refresh, close, or navigation can discard the tally and undo history.
No. Click Counter is untimed. Click Speed Test measures repeated clicking speed over fixed durations.
