Using Text Cleaner
Text Cleaner is a browser-based formatting utility published by Mycelgrid. By using it, you agree to use the service lawfully and review the results before relying on them. Legal questions can be sent to legal@mycelgrid.com.
The scope of the tool
The app applies deterministic rules to spacing, line breaks, lists, and specifically selected characters. It does not verify meaning, correct OCR, provide professional advice, or guarantee compatibility with every downstream application. Its actual rules and limits are described in the User Manual.
Changing formatting can affect Markdown, code, numbers in aligned tables, language behavior, or intentional line breaks. Keep your own copy of important material and review the result for its intended use.
Your text and your files
You retain any rights you hold in text or files you use with the app. Using the cleaner does not grant us permission to publish, sell, or reuse that content. You are responsible for having the rights needed to process the material and for choosing where to copy or save the result.
The app does not automatically save your work. Browser restoration is not a supported recovery guarantee. The Privacy Policy describes text handling and ordinary website requests.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to violate others' rights, interfere with website operation, bypass access controls, or distribute malicious material. Processing a string does not make that string safe to execute or publish.
Availability and limitations
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Features, supported limits, and availability may change. We aim for accurate, usable software but cannot promise uninterrupted operation or suitability for every purpose. You should independently verify results when formatting changes could have significant consequences.
To the extent allowed by applicable law, we exclude warranties that are not expressly stated and liability arising from lost unsaved work or reliance on unreviewed output. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
Product materials and updates
Rights in this application's branding, interface, and original documentation are separate from your rights in entered text. These terms may be updated when the product or its operation changes; the date above identifies this version.
