Sponsorships and general inquiries
For sponsorship proposals, partnerships, press inquiries, and other general questions, email contact@mycelgrid.com. Include Text Cleaner in the subject so we can identify the application.
For a sponsorship or partnership proposal, describe your organization, the opportunity, and how it relates to the app. This contact address does not mean advertising or sponsored content is currently enabled.
Product feedback and accessibility
Send product feedback or an accessibility report to contact@mycelgrid.com. Include your browser/device, the control or starting mode involved, what you expected, and what happened. A short deidentified before/after example is usually enough.
Do not email passwords, private correspondence, personal records, or sensitive files. The app does not attach or send your workspace automatically.
The troubleshooting section covers clipboard access, file encoding, input limits, Markdown spacing, and options files. The guides explain when spaces, line breaks, or hidden marks should be retained.
