About Speaker & Headphone Test

Speaker & Headphone Test is a browser-local Mycelgrid app for checking basic stereo output routing through speakers, headphones, earbuds, or earphones.

Design principles

The app uses short explicit test sounds, conservative default gain, clear left/right labels, and no fake automatic hardware score.

Output-only boundary

The app generates sound but does not request microphone permission or listen to the room. It cannot independently confirm what a listener physically hears.
