Refresh Rate Test Terms of Use

Refresh Rate Test provides a browser-observed presentation-timing estimate. It is not a hardware certification, monitor benchmark, or guarantee of a display's advertised capability.

Measurement limits

Browser scheduling, operating-system behavior, dynamic refresh, system load, multiple displays, and power-management features can affect the observed cadence.

No hardware certification

The app does not certify maximum panel Hz, cable capability, HDMI or DisplayPort standards, GPU performance, game FPS, VRR compatibility, response time, ghosting, or monitor health.

Interpretation

Use repeated clean runs and compare them with your operating-system and display settings when diagnosing an unexpected result.
