Quote Generator Manual

Use Quote Generator to prepare one business quote in the current browser page, review the document, then print it or save it as PDF through your browser.

1. Enter quote details

Add a quote number and quote date. A valid-until date and project/reference are optional. You control numbering because the app stores no quote history.

2. Add the parties

Enter your business name and the client or company receiving the quote. Address, contact details, registration IDs and a raster logo are optional.

3. Add line items

Each complete line needs a description, positive quantity and non-negative rate. Up to 50 line items are supported. Blank spare rows are ignored.

4. Review discount and tax

Choose no discount, a percentage discount or a fixed discount. A fixed discount cannot exceed the subtotal. Optional tax is calculated after the discount.

5. Clarify scope and terms

Use scope, exclusions, timeline, terms, payment terms and notes only when they help the customer understand the offer.

6. Print or save

Select Print / Save as PDF. The browser print surface contains the quote document rather than Mycelgrid controls. Save as PDF is available when your browser or operating system provides it.

Privacy

The runtime is session-only. It does not upload quote data or persist quotes in browser storage. Optional logo files are used locally for the active page.
