Dead Pixel Test Terms of Use

Dead Pixel Test provides controlled browser-rendered color fields for visual display inspection. It is not a hardware certification or repair service.

No automatic diagnosis

The app does not guarantee that a display is defect-free, identify the cause of a suspicious pixel, determine a manufacturer's warranty threshold, or certify a panel for professional use.

Display differences

Browser zoom, operating-system scaling, HDR, color profiles, brightness controls, panel technology, and display firmware can affect what you see.

Physical handling

The app does not instruct users to press, rub, or massage the panel. Follow the current handling guidance from the display manufacturer.

Responsibility

You remain responsible for confirming display behavior and warranty requirements for your specific hardware.
