About Dead Pixel Test

Dead Pixel Test is a focused Mycelgrid display-inspection app. Its job is simple: show controlled solid colors so you can visually inspect a physical screen for suspicious pixels.

Why the app stays focused

The app does not bundle refresh-rate measurement, color calibration, gradients, burn-in routines, touch testing, or a flashing pixel fixer. Those are separate display jobs and should not dilute the primary inspection workflow.

Why there is no automatic score

A browser can draw the test fields but cannot directly read the hardware state of every physical panel pixel. The app therefore avoids invented defect counts, health scores, or pass/fail certification.
