Date & Time Calculator User Manual
Use Date & Time Calculator to add or subtract calendar and clock units from one Gregorian Base date and time.
Enter the Base date and time
Base date must be a valid Gregorian date from 0001-01-01 through 9999-12-31. Base time uses a 24-hour clock as HH:MM or HH:MM:SS. Omitted seconds become 00.
Use current date & time reads the local device/browser clock only when you activate it. The inserted strings are then processed by the same timezone-free engine as manual input.
Choose Add or Subtract
The selected operation applies one common sign to every entered component. Component fields accept whole non-negative decimal digits only. Blank fields mean zero, and a completely zero offset is valid.
Operation order
Years and Months are combined and applied once. If the original day does not exist in the destination month, it is constrained to that month's final day. Weeks, Days, Hours, Minutes, and Seconds are then combined into exact seconds and applied to the constrained intermediate date and time.
Examples
2020-01-31 23:30 + 1 Month + 2 Hours→2020-03-01 01:30:00.2024-02-29 08:15 + 1 Year→2025-02-28 08:15:00.2026-12-31 23:59:30 + 90 Seconds→2027-01-01 00:01:00.
Copy, reset, and page memory
Copy result becomes available only for a valid calculation. If browser clipboard access is unavailable, the same plain-text payload is exposed for manual copying. Reset clears the active calculation and asks before discarding meaningful work. The app does not maintain a calculation history.
Boundaries
This app does not calculate duration between two endpoints, business days, holidays, time zones, daylight-saving transitions, payroll, age, or legal deadlines. Each civil day is exactly 86,400 seconds.
