Deterministic date arithmetic
The app uses proleptic Gregorian dates and exact ordinal-day arithmetic rather than timezone-dependent JavaScript date arithmetic.
Your calendar is explicit
Monday through Friday is the default, but you can select any working weekdays and add custom excluded dates. Public holidays are not excluded automatically.
Browser-local calculation
Entered dates, settings, and results are processed in the current browser page. The calculator does not require an account, backend, remote holiday API, or app-owned calculation history.
Scope
The app does not determine legal, tax, banking, shipping, trading, payroll, or contractual deadlines and does not calculate work hours.
Privacy, data and limits
Business Days Calculator processes entered dates, working-week settings, excluded dates, and calculated results in this browser page. It does not upload calculator work or maintain an app-owned calculation history after the page is gone.
