Mycelgrid Barcode Generator is a browser-local utility for creating supported barcode symbols from values you provide. It is designed to complete the free generation task without requiring an account or remote barcode API.
What it supports
Version 0.1 supports Code 128, UPC-A, EAN-13, EAN-8, ITF-14, Code 39, ISBN-13, Data Matrix, and PDF417, including single and bulk workflows.
What it does not do
It does not assign or sell official identifiers, verify ownership, grade scanner performance, provide QR-code generation, or connect to inventory, POS, or ecommerce accounts.
Privacy
Your entered values and imported files stay in the active browser page. The app does not intentionally send them to Mycelgrid or persist them in browser storage.
Privacy, data and limits
Barcode Generator processes entered values and imported CSV, TSV, or TXT data only in the active browser page. It does not upload barcode data, maintain an app-owned barcode history, account, cloud copy, or recovery service. Generated downloads can contain the values you entered, so review files before sharing them.
The app validates supported barcode structure and can calculate supported check digits, but it does not assign, license, register, certify, or verify ownership of GTIN, UPC, EAN, or ISBN identifiers. Barcode readability also depends on printing, size, contrast, quiet zones, placement, scanner capability, and trading-partner requirements; test a printed sample before a production run.
