MOUSE TESTER / TERMS

Mouse Tester Terms of Use

Last updated: October 15, 2026.

Purpose

Mouse Tester provides a browser-local view of mouse-compatible input events. Results depend on the device, operating system, browser, extensions, remapping software, connection, and individual test run.

No hardware certification

A result from this app is not a hardware certification, repair diagnosis, warranty determination, USB packet capture, official polling-rate measurement, professional latency measurement, or proof that a switch, sensor, cable, receiver, battery, or driver is defective.

Browser boundary

Browsers may coalesce input, reserve navigation buttons, transform wheel units, identify trackpad behavior as mouse-compatible input, or expose different event capabilities. Mouse Tester reports what the page can observe and describes those limits in the app and documentation.

Your responsibility

Repeat unusual results and use other troubleshooting steps before making repair, replacement, purchasing, or high-stakes decisions. Do not rely on one browser session as the sole evidence that hardware has failed.

Mycelgrid terms

Use of this app is also subject to the Mycelgrid Terms of Use.
