1. About these Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Mycelgrid website, public tools, memberships, and related services available through mycelgrid.com. The services are operated by Mycelgrid LLC (“Mycelgrid,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

2. What Mycelgrid provides

Mycelgrid provides browser-based utilities, calculators, converters, generators, productivity tools, workspaces, memberships, guides, and related services. Some tools operate entirely in your browser. Other features may use accounts, membership processing, payment providers, cloud services, or third-party services, and will disclose those boundaries where appropriate.

3. Eligibility and responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Mycelgrid complies with laws and obligations applicable to you. If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Accounts and memberships

Some Mycelgrid features require an account or active membership. Membership access is managed through WordPress and Paid Memberships Pro. Paid transactions are processed through Stripe.

Membership descriptions, prices, billing intervals, renewal terms, cancellation options, and available benefits are shown on the relevant pricing, checkout, or account pages. You are responsible for reviewing those details before completing a transaction.

5. Tool-specific processing and privacy

Individual tools may provide a Privacy & Data disclosure describing where processing occurs, whether input is transmitted or stored, whether an account is required, and whether external AI or cloud services are used.

A statement that a specific tool processes input locally and does not upload it for processing applies to that tool. It does not mean that the website collects no account, membership, payment, analytics, advertising, security, or support information.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Mycelgrid for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, servers, systems, or data.
• Introduce malware, malicious scripts, or content designed to disrupt users or services.
• Interfere with security features or normal operation.
• Use automated requests in a manner that creates an unreasonable load or circumvents technical restrictions.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority.
• Use Mycelgrid to violate intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, Mycelgrid, or the service.

7. Your inputs and outputs

You remain responsible for information, files, prompts, values, and other material you enter into a tool, and for reviewing outputs before relying on, sharing, or acting on them. You represent that you have the right to use the material you provide.

Except where a specific feature says otherwise, Mycelgrid does not claim ownership of your original content merely because you process it with a tool or submit it for account or support purposes.

8. Intellectual property

Mycelgrid, its branding, interfaces, software, original text, documentation, graphics, and other protected materials are owned by Mycelgrid LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership.

You may use public tools for their intended purposes. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit protected parts of Mycelgrid except as allowed by law or written permission.

9. Informational and non-advice boundary

Mycelgrid tools may provide calculations, estimates, comparisons, organizational assistance, drafts, or educational information. Unless a page expressly states otherwise, Mycelgrid does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, engineering, or other licensed professional advice.

Use qualified professionals when appropriate, especially for high-impact decisions.

10. Accuracy and user verification

We work to make Mycelgrid useful and accurate, but results depend on user inputs, assumptions, methodologies, browser behavior, and software limitations. Different organizations or tools may produce different results.

You should review important results and independently verify information used for legal, financial, regulatory, contractual, medical, safety, or other high-impact purposes.

11. Third-party services

Mycelgrid may use or link to third-party services, including WP Engine, WordPress, Paid Memberships Pro, Stripe, Google Analytics, and Google advertising services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and Mycelgrid is not responsible for their independent practices or availability.

12. Availability and changes

We may add, modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue features or services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent availability of any particular tool, or compatibility with every device, browser, or third-party service.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mycelgrid is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim warranties that may otherwise apply, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that every service will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or suitable for every use.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mycelgrid LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to Mycelgrid.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability or rights that cannot legally be limited.

15. Privacy

Your use of Mycelgrid is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Tool-specific disclosures explain the behavior of an individual tool, while the Privacy Policy explains website-wide practices.

16. Termination or restriction

You may stop using Mycelgrid at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of misuse, security risk, nonpayment, legal requirements, or material violation of these Terms. Applicable account and membership controls remain subject to the information shown in the relevant account or billing interfaces.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Mycelgrid changes. We will revise the date shown above and provide additional notice when required by law. Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

18. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires another result.

19. General provisions

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them as part of a reorganization, merger, acquisition, or transfer of relevant assets.
